NEW routes to the northeast Long Grove area. This will be a pretty suburban route with no corn fields

Please use the following guidelines regarding pace and route:

Our Riders’ paces:
A group cruises at 18-20 MPH to average 16-18.
B group cruises at 16-18 MPH to average 13-15.
C group cruises at 11-14 MPH to average 11-12.
